What Events do you want in 2010?

As you know there's a sizeable gap between the Christmas Party in December 2009, to the first event in late Spring of 2010.

What events do you want us to look at, or even create, around the March/April time, to fill the void?

Suggestions below please people! It'll keep Greg, Gary and myself busy!

Has any body thought of a fun run out some where or a weekend away?

If you want a weekend to stretch the legs of your car, then the best way to do it is to do it on the best roads in the UK. The West coast of Scotland



April time there will be no traffic and north of Inverness, no speed cameras, just empty, fast roads through amazing scenery.

Just what driving should be like in the last area of the UK that hasn't been ruined IMO

Well we'll organise a run up here Lee and if anyone else wants to come up from down south then they're welcome to come along.

For that, we'd have to make a weekend of it, it's not worth it just for a drive out. We could do a run from the Lakes to West Scotland over 5-6 hour drive with a couple of stop off points, then on to a hotel for beers and frivolity.

The Highlands is at least a weekend thing ideally tank it up to Glasgow on the the Thurs night, overnight there before hitting Loch Lomond and onwards towards Ullapool way. It's a hell of a drive but it is worth it believe me! It's one of the main attractions apart from the missus that keeps me up here. :)

Nowt to stop us doing an overnight like we usually do up here, anyone that wants to make a full weekend of it can.

And up here, it's very worth it just for the drive out, that's what our cars are for is it not?
